General Description:

Nanomer® nanoclays are high purity, surface compatabilized montmorillonites, suitable for use in a wide variety of plastics. In addition to traditional inner gallery cation exchange modification, Nanomer I.30E uses octadecyl ammonium as treatment agent.

Application Guideline:

Nanomer I.30E is designed for use as additive in room-temperature cured epoxy resin systems. The loading level is commonly in the range of 2-10 PHR. Mechanical property enhancement and solvent resistance of
epxoy containing I.30E are listed in Nanocor's TDS T-11. I.30E is also used in several polyurethane cast
polymer applications.
